2. Fees & Payment – All course fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule. फीस once paid are non-transferable and subject to the institute’s refund policy. Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or termination of access to classes.


3. Attendance & Conduct – Students are expected to attend classes regularly and maintain discipline. Any form of misconduct, disruption, or violation of institute rules may lead to termination without refund.


4. Course Content & Certification – Course structure, content, and duration may be updated by the institute when necessary. Certificates will be awarded only after successful completion of the course and required assessments.


5. Intellectual Property – All study materials, videos, designs, and content provided by the institute are the intellectual property of Arena Animation Saltlake. Students may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without prior written permission.


6. Batch Scheduling – Batch timings and faculty are subject to change based on availability. The institute reserves the right to reschedule or merge batches if required.


7. Limitation of Liability – The institute is not responsible for any personal loss, damage, or injury during the course duration. We do not guarantee job placement; however, guidance and support may be provided where applicable.


8. Refund Policy – Refunds will be processed strictly as per the institute’s approved refund policy.


9. Website Usage – Users agree not to misuse the website or engage in activities that may harm its functionality or security.


10. Amendments – The institute reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
